We only accept returns and exchanges for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns for any other reasons, including change of mind, size issues, or preference, are not accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item must be submitted for verification.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order details, along with photos of the defective or damaged item.
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to us at your own expense.
  5. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange for the same item or offer a replacement.

  1. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • We do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly offer a free replacement. Please notify us within 7 days with supporting photos.

  1. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Items that are not damaged or defective.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items returned without prior approval from our team.
  1. Processing Time
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
  • If your return is approved, we will send a replacement item as soon as possible.
